We understand that you may have various questions regarding our event. To make things easier for you, we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions.

Is this Capital Club's first event?

This is our flagship launch event, but we bring together proven communities (AI Brains, Chennai Freelancers Club, Bangalore High Society Club, MakersTribe) with thousands of active members. We're backed by established companies like aaga.one and Winn Pvt Limited.

Can I attend just one track (AI Builders, AI Users, or Investors)

What if I don't fit neatly into one category?

Do I need to be technical to attend?

Registration & Tickets

When is the registration deadline?

You can register until February 27, 2026 (11:59 PM) or until we hit capacity (100-150 attendees). We recommend registering early for best pricing.

What if I register but can't attend?

Can I buy tickets at the venue on the day of the event?

Do I get an invoice for my ticket?

Is there a discount for students or early-stage startups?

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:45 PM. We recommend arriving by 6:00 PM for registration and networking. Main sessions start promptly at 6:30 PM.

What if I'm running late?

Can I bring a plus-one who didn't register?

Will there be recording for remote attendees?

This is an in-person only event. However, all registered attendees get access to event recordings within 24 hours.

Can I just attend for the pitches (9:30 PM - 11 PM)?

Do I have to pitch if I attend?

What if I want to pitch but don't have a team?

Can I pitch solo instead of with a team ?

How long is each pitch?

Food & Beverages

Is food included in the ticket price?

Yes! Coffee, tea, snacks (throughout), and dinner (8 PM - 8:30 PM) are included.

I have dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies). Can you accommodate?

Will alcohol be served?

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available nearby (₹20-₹50/hour). Arrive early for easier parking.

I'm taking the Metro. What time does it close?

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

How do I connect with people after the event?

You'll be added to our WhatsApp community group within 24 hours. You'll also receive an attendee directory (with permission) to connect on LinkedIn.

Is the WhatsApp group active, or does it die after the event?

Can I join the community without attending an event?

For AI Builders (Startup Founders)

I'm a solo founder. Can I find a co-founder at this event?

Yes! Many attendees come specifically to meet co-founders. The team formation session is designed for this.

Will I really get in front of investors?

What if my startup is just an idea with no product yet?

Do I need a pitch deck?

For AI Users (Professionals)

I'm not technical. Will I understand the content?

Yes! The AI Users track is designed for non-technical professionals (accountants, ops managers, etc.). We focus on practical applications, not coding.

Will I learn tools I can use immediately?

Can I get help implementing AI in my company after the event?
